Take out the IR sensor. Check that both lenses of the IR sensor are clean.If there are stains, please wipe the lens with a Cleanroom Wiper dampened with alcohol. Then wipe them again with a dry Cleanroom Wiper while the alcohol is still wet to avoid leaving marks.

Open the maintenance window at the top of the RMS220.

Pull the network cable out of the printer and connect it to the IR sensor.

Place the IR sensor into the RMS220 and close the maintenance window.
