- The printer is in standby/off status.
- Open the filter door on the right side of the printer.
- "Remove the activated carbon filter box(large) from the top and clean it thoroughly with a vacuum cleaner or soft brush.
Note: Clean both the front and back of the activated carbon filters.
- Clean the powder from inside the cavity and the right side door.
- Wipe the filter chamber with a damp, lint-free cloth.
- Make sure all powder is wiped away. Then wipe the filter chamber again with a dry, lint-free cloth.
- Place the activated carbon filter (large) into the chamber.
Note: The smaller one should be at the bottom, and the larger one at the top. The side with the black sponge should face upwards.
- Close the filter door on the right side of the printer.
